Partner
Steve Gwenin
Multi-award-winning business leader with 25 years of experience in sustainability, travel, and personal / professional development and leadership coaching.
Steve's a serial entrepreneur, a founding partner and CEO of a 5 M GBP plus travel company with a global team of over 200 staff, who personally set up and ran collabative expeditions across Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia, working with CBOs, governments agencies, international NGOs, academic institutions and agencies.
Collaborating partners included Kenyan Wildlife Service, Costa Rica's Ministry of Environment, Resources and Technology, Duke University, The Nature Conservancy, Whole Foods and UN Compact to name a few.
He is an Emergency Response Instructor Trainer, a HSE Trainer, Child Protection Officer (Level 3), a Commercial Diver, PADI Dive Instructor, RYI Powerboat Driver, Oceanographer, and once upon a time, a pilot.
Now a father of 3 boys, and surfer.

Andrew Procter
Multi-award-winning leader known for innovation, impact, and quality of experience. 18 years of experience in responsible travel and 30 years in business leadership.
Andrew is an experienced Director of Operations having run GBP20m programs in the UK and been behind the growth of a $5M sustainable travel business across Africa to achieve recognition for quality of experience and impact. During that time, Andrew's model for setting and measuring impact within Tourism was used as a Case Study by the UNWTO.
After 20 years of management and leadership roles in the UK, Andrew took a year out to travel the Southern Hemisphere. This sparked a passion for sustainable travel, which he has strived to deliver on in all of his roles since.
Over the past 15 years Andrew has been the MD of a Volunteer Tourism organisation, a Trustee of a Charity, a member of a steering committee in Youth Travel, and was an advisor to Fairtrade on standards within responsible travel.
He is a father, a traveler, and a runner.
